Head of Field Operations

Your responsibilities

• Provide proactive and detailed analysis of field operations
• Hire expert new farmers and Farm Managers after detailed due diligence.
• Undertake targeted acquisition of new leases on farmland

Your experience

• Completed BS or MS in Agriculture
• At least three years experience in consulting and/or a management position
• Solid knowledge and understanding of RMA programs ventures, as well as familiarity with commodities markets.
• Ability to work with a team and independently.
